The process for obtaining the candidate

1.

Register by simply posting your profile and add some photo, which attracts the candidates. Upload your electronic signature, which will be then automatically uploaded to the contracts.

2.

Once registered, you can publish job offers by fulfilling a form, in which you mention the requirements and benefits you offer to your employee (accommodation, food, air tickets etc.).

3.

In the portal Employers pricing, you can find the fees for publishing a job offer (advertising) and for obtaining matching candidate.

4.

Find the candidate from our database or leave it on the candidate and wait for them to contact you.

5.

You can accept your candidates based on their posted profile with photo or based on a video call via portal.

6.

If you prefer a video call, suggest the date to the candidate via the chat window.

7.

If you decide to choose the candidate, send him/her an acceptance for the referred position.

8.

Check the layout of a sample contract, fill in the dates and special terms based on mutual agreement with the candidate. Your contract will be generated by the portal based on the conditions agreed in the acceptance for the referred position.

9.

By sending the signed the contract, you agree to pay a fee for a match with the candidate to the portal as per the portal Employers pricing.

10.

Once you send the signed contract, submit the payment of the fee for the portal.

11.

After candidate receives the signed contract, he/she has 3 days to pay their fee and to sign the contract.

12.

In case the candidate does not pay the contracted fee within 3 days, or will not sign the contract, you will be returned the fee for the candidate you have paid.

13.

Once the contract is signed by both sides and both fees are paid, do not forget to set the candidate all organisational details (travel information, transfers, administration and etc). as per the terms of the contract.

14.
